Responsibilities:

\n

· Promoting and selling our premier vacation packages to guests at Cabela's

\n

· Engage with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences

\n

· Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages

\n

· Promote Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages to our destinations

\n

· Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service

\n

· Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets

\n

· Collaborate with team members to share effective processes and foster collective success

\n

Compensation/Benefits:

· Hourly + uncapped commission average reps earn $65-120k+ annually

\n

What Are we Looking For:

· Qualified candidates should have a passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement

· A dedication to providing world-class customer service is crucial

· Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred

\n

· Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary

\n

· Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit

\n

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment is required

· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential

\n

· Availability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays, is needed

\n

· A High School Diploma or equivalent experience

\n

· Ability to work on-site at Cabela's

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
\n
• At least 18 years old
\n
• Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred.
\n
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably.
\n
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
\n
• Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift.
\n
