Base pay range
$145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

As a
Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our
PacWest Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client. You will utilize your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of
Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from
$1M to $30M+. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success.
Key Accountabilities - Manage and oversee all PHASES / aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out.
- Develop high level estimates and schedules as part of the overall strategy and business case. incorporating benchmarking tools & vendor quotes General Contractor costs, Design, AV, IT, Security, FFE, Move Management
- Prepare project updates, identifying and communicating risks early, while providing solutions to meet client driven schedule and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Proficient at reading construction plans, finding potential areas of concern or hidden costs prior to GC contract execution in some cases.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT | CLIENT SERVICE - Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders [location strategy, program managers, global real estate managers, etc.]
- Insure leadership is fully and accurately informed of all project issues.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor and manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory entities, and client expectations.
- Conduct meetings across timezones with key stakeholders and vendor
PROJECT EXECUTION - Act as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project; programming through construction close out.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.
- Develop Master Project schedules and manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple projects.
- Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions.
- Guide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and signoff.
- Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders and external users to ensure responsibilities are efficiently, accurately and effectively communicated and understood by all concerned.
- Coordinate any necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, project partners, clients and/or end users, maintaining and delivering all appropriate documentation.
- Prepare RFPs needed for design and contractor services as well as manage the overall vendor selection process.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity while delivering a successful project.
Education And Experience - Bachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc. (PREFERRED)
- 7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors (REQUIRED)
- Experience in managing complex high end / high touch Corporate Interior projects (PREFERRED)
- Experience in managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $1M to $30M+ in size (REQUIRED)
- Ability to manage 5-10 projects at a time
- Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and quantity-take off software Blubeam
