Repair Technician

About the Role: As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in the testing, alignment, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies. Working under direct supervision, you will utilize schematics, logic diagrams, wiring lists, drawings, and test equipment to diagnose and address issues with electronic components.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Testing and Alignment: Perform testing and alignment procedures on electronic assemblies to ensure functionality and performance. Utilize test equipment and tools to verify proper operation and alignment according to specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with electronic assemblies, utilizing schematics, logic diagrams, and wiring lists to pinpoint root causes. Diagnose problems to the component level and propose solutions for repair.
• Repair and Maintenance: Conduct repairs on electronic assemblies, replacing faulty components as needed and ensuring proper functioning. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent issues and optimize performance of electronic equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of testing, alignment, troubleshooting, and repair activities, documenting findings and solutions. Provide detailed reports on repair work performed, including recommendations for improvement or further action.
