About the Role:

We are seeking a  Casting Associate to join our fast-growing Los Angeles team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with some casting experience—whether in reality TV, live shows, theater, or influencer marketing—who has a sharp eye for talent, a strong networker’s instinct, and a passion for finding personalities who shine on camera.

At Live Play Mobile, you won’t just cast talent—you’ll  receive extensive, hands-on training in casting strategy, talent development, live entertainment production, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Auditioning

• Identify and recruit top-tier on-camera talent, including game show hosts, influencers, and charismatic performers.
• Manage casting calls, review submissions, schedule auditions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Scout new talent through social media, agencies, live events, and industry connections.

Talent Relations, Training & Onboarding

• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, agents, and managers.
• Negotiate agreements and coordinate onboarding for selected performers.
• Collaborate on  comprehensive host training programs , including on-camera presence, audience engagement, and live streaming best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help talent continually refine their craft.

Creative Collaboration

• Partner with producers and creative leads to understand show concepts and match talent to the right formats.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions on how to elevate on-air personalities and create memorable audience experiences.
• Provide insight on emerging talent trends and audience preferences.

Professional Development & Growth

• Participate in  structured training modules covering casting technology, live production workflows, and industry networking.
• Learn from seasoned casting directors, producers, and talent coaches within our global team.
• Gain exposure to multiple entertainment formats, from live game shows to influencer-led digital content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Some hands-on casting experience (internship, assistant role, or freelance) in entertainment, reality TV, theater, or influencer talent.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple casting projects at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you thrive on meeting people and building rapport.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving entertainment environment.
